I called several weeks in advance. The young lady who took my call was helpful. I received a confirmation email. Easy check in and review of the boat znd we were on the water! Unfortunately we had some issues start g the boat again after we stopped to swim for an hour. They came right out to reslove our issues!. I greatly appreciate the service.
We had agreement to rent a Tritoon and I was emailed a confirmation as well as multiple phone calls confirming the price of the tritoon and our reservation. The day I went to pick up the tritoon they told me I owed $100 more than what was agreed upon previously and what I had an email showing. They refused to rent the tritoon at the previously agreed upon rate. They told me the reason I received an email confirming the original amount was because their system was messed up, but that is not the customers fault. Would not recommend.
