Phoenix was responsive, caring and did a fantastic job. 4 inches of water in basement and within 2 hours the basement had NO water in it and the fans and dehumidifiers were drying. All drywall was cut up 12.5 inche so no mold could develop--they are true professionals. Hopefully we don't have to use them again BUT if we do need them they are our 1st choice. I was very delighted with Phoenix. We sustained some flooding within my condo from another unit 2 floors above. I primarily worked with Mark who was very responsive to my questions and getting back to me. The team did an excellent job and worked fast.
Fantastic and Immediate Service. Called after hours and they responded right away!! Only company @ the Lake who cared that we had a problem!!! Mark came out and made us feel a lot safer about our home! Didn't charge us a dime, even though it was 2 hrs passed office hours. We will recommend this business to everyone we know!
