Clerks should not give advice if they have no knowledge of the products they sell. All I needed was a drain trap. Clerk argued that he had a drain trap in his hand when the package said "elbo" . I showed him what a drain trap was (it said trap on the package) and he still insisted he was right. He opened the entry door and very sarcastically said "have a nice day". I am retired after 19 and 1/2 years from a plumbing manufacturer that supply's True Value Hardware.
I needed a fix for a leaky kitchen drain that required some creative thinking to fix since it wasn't originally put in correctly. They worked out the perfect fix with just some Teflon packing string. Spent at least 10 minutes with me coming up with a solution. Great service and really know their stuff.
Great people run this store. They have a lot of everyday needs.

They have done an outstanding job of expanding their inventory, both the wide variety and the quality of products, with superb customer service. They carry everything from nuts & bolts to paint, plumbing, electrical, and lawn & garden, including higher end grills. If you're not sure what you need, just ask and they will gladly help. I don't know what I would do without them. Thank you!
