I made a mistake and had the wrong address. Mary was so helpful and I was able to pick up my package a few minutes after they closed for the weekend. Thank you Mary!
The postmaster Angela at this location is a rude, cocky, ignorant woman. Called for info on a shipment that I wanted to schedule a pickup on and did not get any help whatsoever! Do not know how she has earned her position at this office!!!
Terrible customer service. The postal worker was rude from the beginning. After standing in line and waiting our turn to get passport information processed, she told us to stand aside while she finished helping everyone else in line. And to top it off she didn't even read the form correctly and I ended up wasting a perfectly good check in the process.
We order quite a few things from Amazon and sometimes packages are larger or heavy. The USPS isn't equipped to handle packages and will refuse delivery, making us have to go pick them up. When UPS used to have contract with Amazon, we NEVER had an issue. The post office has not been pleasant whatsoever to deal with on this matter. They're proud to have the Amazon contract, but can't solve the customer's issues when they can't deliver. They should have an alternate delivery driver/vehicle for larger packages if they're going to take on the responsibility of Amazon deliveries.
"Please forward" and outgoing mail items have sat in my mailbox untouched for weeks! Although I've filled out all of the post office's paperwork, I'm still not getting mail service or deliveries! I've given them written authorization to leave packages without my presence. I've stood there in person at their office 4 times to try to get them to agree to deliver to our house to no avail! They return to sender without even attempting delivery. Very frustrating!
