I stored a $3000 sleep by numbers bed and a $2000 bedroom suite furniture the storage for 13 months while we worked on our lake house, Went to get my stuff on 6/4/2016 and it was covered in black and white mold, TOTAL LOSS!!!!! When I called owner he said it's not his fault and to turn it in on my renter insurance. I am a home owner and I don't carry renters insurance. I paid 5-31 Storage LLC $650.00 in rent and they destroyed $5000 of my stuff. A VOID THIS PLACE. WORST STORAGE AT THE LOTO AREA. Do not store your stuff with 5-31 Storage LLC, take you stuff straight to the landfill because that's what I had to do. I will be contacting the health department because of the black mold growing inside that storage facility which made us all sick moving the molding furniture in to the trailer for disposal.
