After finding a boat we we were interested in online, we purchased a 2000 Crownline from Brandon at Heartland last month. Never considered buying a boat sight unseen, but the video demo process they use worked extremely well. Brandon covered the pluses and minuses on the video, and when the boat was delivered we found that his comments had been right on the money. We found the boat even cleaner than we had expected and in perfect working order. And, the delivery driver (we live 500 miles from Sunrise Beach, MO) did a great job getting us up and running. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.
My husband and I just purchased a Sea Ray from Heartland Marine and worked with Brandon Johnson. He was professional, helpful and honest. Everyone at Heartland Marine including Billy, and the owner, Jason were very nice people and easy to work with. Any other boats we purchase in the future will be from Heartland Marine!!! I picked up our Sea Ray 240 yesterday and am extremely happy with the service Brandon and Jason provided. As I'm drove from out of state, all of the initial communication was done by mail and text and Jason was awesome. He took lots of time to help me figure out the right boat for my family. Then, he found the exact model I was looking for with low hours and in excellent condition. It looked beautiful yesterday and I can't wait to take it out on our lake in a few weeks. Brandon was wonderful. We bought our deck boat and love it. The drive was well worth it. We have called him with questions after we have been home as we have been out and learning our boat and of course making it ours he has helped out a LOT.
